Summary
The Junior IT Technician is responsible for the deployment, basic support and correct functioning of information technology architecture within the site(s) of a country. The incumbent reports to Regional IT Country Supervisor. The role has no supervision responsibility.
Accountabilities

• Provide 1st line of support for internal stakeholders

• Ensure a professional follow up of all end user requests and works towards solutions within agreed SLO time-frames 

• Take care of preparation and delivery of IT equipment for new joiners

• Manage local printers

• Assist other team members in IT projects if required

• Keep up to speed with “best-practice” evolution in his/her respective technical area (market trends, adoption of technology).

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Information Technology or similar vocational education (students who are finishing education are also welcome)


• being capable of working independently

• Windows 7 and Windows 10 experience as system administrator


• Helpdesk experience (1st line of support)


• first experience with Active Directory


• Good command of English, German is a plus

• Open-minded personality with positive attitude


• A team player open for skills development and challenges in the world of chocolate
