Branch Manager, 100% (m/w)


As Branch Manager your main role is to ensure the commercial development for the assigned territory and its sales channels across all products and services. Moreover, this function is also responsible for people leadership and the alignment and engagement of all functions within the branch, the disciplinary leadership of local staff in cooperation with the functional managers as well as all other aspects of the branch administration and representation.


 


Responsibilities 



  • Management of assigned team

  • Key Account Management of existing customers (deep selling)

  • Research, qualification and development of new potential customers

  • Achievement of personal and territory sales targets and maintenance of sales pipeline

  • Manage opportunities for potential customers from different sources

  • Handle rate offer requests, as well as local and network established quotations and follow-up

  • Pricing of tender requests in close collaboration with Tender Management and Product Directors

  • Manage sales leads and support specific sales campaigns

  • Sales reporting in CRM tool within the guidelines

  • Support Business Implementation for new accounts

  • Participate in the Business Plan and Budget elaboration

  • Provide monthly management updates, reporting and statistics (Volumes, KPI‘s)

  • Analyze Net Revenue Report (development, budget achievement, etc. for Branch)

  • Ensure respect of regulations, office security/safety, quality, internal business rules

  • Negotiate local supplier cost and terms in close collaboration with PD’s and/or COO

  • Handle assigned projects and tasks by management
