In order to support the Tournaments & Events Division, FIFA is seeking a solution-oriented and innovative
Accreditation Manager
Your duties


  • Managing the accreditation registration processes for FIFA tournaments & events

  • Helping in defining accreditation requirements and procedures for the 2022 FIFA World Cup

  • Implementing accreditation standards and operations at different FIFA Tournaments and Events

  • Writing and updating concepts, standard operating procedures, manuals, guidelines

  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders groups

  • Defining system requirements and participating in user acceptance tests

  • Monitoring accreditation processes and regularly assessing and updating procedures and documentation
Our requirements


  • At least three years’ work experience in football accreditation in a leading position, including at least one major international tournament (for example FWC, FIFA Confederations Cup)

  • Experience in recent FIFA tournaments & events accreditation and experience in recent Olympic Games

  • Ability to apply Olympic accreditation experience to football by having experience in both environments

  • Experience in taking care of all aspects of the accreditation project: constituent group management, process planning, data protection obligations, event accreditation system setup, material planning and production, planning and implementing operations

  • Fluent English skills, other FIFA languages are beneficial (German, French and/or Spanish)

  • Strong project management skills

  • Willingness to travel and to spend time abroad as required

  • Good command of MS Office incl. MS Project and other IT programmes

  • Team player, precise and efficient
