We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and insights into Recruiting as well as wider HR topics during a very dynamic time at Roche. You will be an integral part of our Group Functions TA team, managing recruiting activities across various client groups. In addition you will lead and support a range of global initiatives enabling our organisation to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working.


During the internship in our dynamic, international team you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following:



  • Candidate sourcing, application screening and assessment


  • Handling of candidate workflow using our e-recruitment system workday


  • Partnering with Talent Scouts, Recruiters, business departments and HR colleagues globally


  • Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements


  • Supporting one or more of our client group’s global transformation programs

Who you are:


You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Psychology, Business or in a related field. You ideally have first work experience in Human Resources and you are highly motivated to share your knowledge and chip in with new ideas.


We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and German both written and spoken.


You convince us and our business partners with the following skills and competencies:



  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, with a high sense for quality and professional management of administrative tasks


  • Creative, persistent, driven and eager to learn


  • Ambitious self-starter with confident and systematic attitude towards complex tasks and contents


  • Excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented attitude


  • Knowledge of MS Office and social media tools


  • Previous project experience is a plus



Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens needs to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is a mandatory part of their degree, as part of the application documents.


The preferred start date of the internship is February 2019, or upon availability. Please clearly indicate your preferred starting date and duration of internship on your motivation letter.
