Job Description
We are seeking a junior- to mid-level technical analyst for a position in our core Product Management
team which is responsible for guiding the evolution and delivery of several software products including
a financial software platform, and tools for creating intelligent business applications.

The successful candidate will combine an interest in software/systems analysis and design with
technical skills to help transform product vision into customer software solutions. Flexibility to
contribute toward multiple interleaved projects and effective communication skills will ensure you are
well positioned to further your career in our innovation-focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analysis of business requirements and preparation of written design deliverables of both
  business and technical nature.


• Hands-on usage of company software products.


• Contribution to product evolution and vision.


• Customer interaction and consulting.


• Pre-sales support of new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience
Capable of working equally well under direction and autonomously, innovation oriented,
organized, flexible enough to engage with several projects concurrently.

• Higher education (University degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
  or related fields.


• Excellent English language capability, both verbal and written.


• Knowledge of German and other major languages is a definite advantage.


• Good analytical skills for cataloguing business / technical requirements.


• Good communication skills, particularly for interacting with customers in pre-sales and
  consulting scenarios.


• Knowledge of business process modeling is an advantage.


• 1-3 years relevant professional experience is an advantage.


• Swiss work entitlement is required.
