Member of the cross-functional Global Brand Team (GBT). Regularly deputizes WW Brand Director (WWBD).



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



• Take a lead role in effective commercial processes with external partner & Global Brand Team (GBT) to ensure cross-functional alignment on product strategy execution

• Define short-term and long-term global tactics to support brand growth and Life Cycle Management. Lead co-creation and launch of new campaigns that target customer groups including payors

• Design competitive simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats for product group and proposes corresponding measures

• Drive experience and best practice sharing across markets to support fast and broad dissemination of key insights, learnings and innovation

• Lead digital and innovative projects, brand communication and provides a differentiated winning proposition and brand story flow

• Develop sales forecasts scenarios and sensitivity analyses across a portfolio or brand(s), lead global congress and event preparation, commercial booth design and messagesMinimum requirementsWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:



• University degree in Science, Business Marketing or Clinical Research

• A minimum of 8–10 years of global and local operational sales and/or marketing experience with a focus on in-country product management, including customer interaction

• Effective people leader (influence without authority) with proven experience pulling together complex cross-functional teams

• Proven success in leading IPS and brand strategy plan processes

• Launch experience with new products or major line extensions – multi-country preferred



DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:



• WWABD and/or significant US, big EU country, or large CPO commercial experience

• Market access & migraine experience

• Consumer experience/mindset
