Senior Key Account Manager



Several strategic partnerships with notable insurance companies and banks have established the Insurance & Wealth Planning division as an innovative provider of savings and drawdown solutions with guarantee and upside through its flagship investment platform. You have the opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing business unit and contribute to a state-of-the art product offering as part of the Platform Partners team.

Your tasks & responsibilities



  • Drive institutional bank and insurance client onboarding onto technical platform

  • Translate client needs into technical specifications and SLAs

  • Establish processes and controls for the investment management and contract lifecycle of guarantee products

  • Collaborate closely with Platform Engineers, Proposition & Partnership Development and Trading department during the onboarding and run phase

  • Establish and maintain close working relationship (hub function) with clients and other external stakeholders

  • Provide consulting and advisory services for clients in economic and technical matters relating to our proprietary investment platform

  • Provide support to Proposition & Partnership Development team in proposition and concept development phase

Our requirements



  • Academic degree (preferably in Computer Sciences, Mathematics / Natural Sciences or Finance / Economics)

  • At least 5-8 years’ work experience, preferably in the banking industry, in portfolio/asset management or as a consultant in such industries

  • Proficiency in Excel / VBA, knowledge of Oracle SQL is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player

  • Strong analytical skills, pragmatic work approach, hands-on working style

  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
