HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.


We are searching for a leading position in the Brand Management Department within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Responsible of the Business Unit and will be responsible worldwide for the following activities


 




  • Define the related brand strategy in accordance with the Company’s goals;

  • Provide specific product positioning and communication strategies to ensure a sustainable growth according to the global targets, the market trends and key consumers insights;

  • Provide market feedback to direct specific input into collection framework and define pricing strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets;

  • Gain  a comprehensive view on global trends and potential of different markets, collecting qualitative and quantitative sales;

  • Develop and elaborate strategically the  quarterly and seasonal reporting;

  • Lead the Brand Management Team to defined targets.


Your profile:

  • Economics or similar Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a leading position, preferably in the Bodywear & Hosiery Market;

  • Excellent MS Office  and  profound Data Management knowledge;

  • Distinctive feeling for fashion combined with analytical skills;

  • Solid leadership and organizational skills, as well as team work, communication and networking competencies;

  • Fluency in English and German, Italian would be a plus,
