Overview of the role:

Working as part of the international legal department and reporting to the Group General Counsel the Senior Legal Counsel Employee Relations, will act as an interface between the global HR Department and Legal Department to ensure development and maintenance of compliant employee relations.

The Opportunity:

• Coordinate, analyze, draft, negotiate, and revise agreements, policies, and programs that govern employee relationships on a global level


• Streamline process for legal reviews and establish efficient working models such as master template across the global organization


• Provide business-focused legal advice to Human Resources and other corporate business partners regarding employment law issues, including employee discipline, compliance and leaves


• Coordinate external legal service providers


• Develop and present training workshops on respectful workplace, contract law and other employment law-related topics


• Represent Sportradar in administrative, arbitral and court hearings


• Provide legal advice and execute global and local mobility processes


• Ensure compliance of all global mobility practices

Your profile:

• Experience as an employment lawyer within a law firm or corporate environment


• Experience working in a global environment across borders with knowledge of European (German essential) and US employment matters


• Experience in working in a global environment across borders


• Experience in managing and completing complex projects


• Outstanding communication and writing skills in both English and German
