COO Business Management Support (100%)



In this exciting position, you provide business management support to the COO and act as an interface to other Operations teams or bank departments for various activities. You will report directly to our Head of COO Office and will have high exposure to senior management. For this position at our headquarters in Zurich-Altstetten we are looking for a committed, reliable and detail-oriented personality who has recently graduated University and already has relevant experience, can work independently and has outstanding analytical, planning and organizational skills. Key responsibilities

  • Perform day to day activities for the COO (e.g. administrative support, communication, information gathering, prepare presentations)

  • You will be helping with the ongoing transformation of the Operations division by supporting strategic initiatives

  • Plan and organize meetings and events such as Town Halls, regular Operations management meetings, offsite meetings

  • Setup and maintain interfaces to other Operations teams or bank departments for administrative activities to ensure timely execution of tasks/processes (e.g. HR processes)

  • Ongoing review and consolidation of cross-functional administrative activities within Operations to increase efficiency

  • Various tasks with tangible benefits in areas like contract management, risk management, internal communication

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree with approximately two years of relevant experience (ideally in financial services or consulting)

  • Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills; you are enthusiastic for solving problems, challenge conventional approaches and you can conceptualize

  • You like working in a team and can build sustainable relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Reliable and self-driven personality with a precise and structured way of working

  • Very good MS-Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and SharePoint user knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
