Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer of our IT & Digital Transformation department, your mission will be to define, set up and lead one of the firm's Digital Transformation Programs. These programs are situated in the areas of customer experience / CRM, upgrading our core insurance platforms and enabling work on ecosystems.


Your main tasks will be to : 



  •  • Detail and shape the firm's vision about the scope of the respective program (business and technology scope), structure the program into agile phases to achieve tangible progress at a reasonable rate

  • • Perform all (business and IT) program leadership tasks to deliver the agreed scope on time, on budget and with a very good level of quality

  • • Successfully lead a cross-functional project team containing internal experts and external partners

  • • Support the functional heads in the creation of their deliverables (e.g. products, sales strategies, etc.) and the technical heads in the shaping of the target architecture and the best possible platform choices

  • • Based on the Program's strategic targets, deliver high quality business solutions that are valued by our clients

  • • Design and detail new operating models as needed; anticipate and support the delivery of necessary changes in business and IT 

  • • Closely collaborate with all teams impacted by the project (across many departments), act as leader as well as motivator, integrator and facilitator


Qualifications


You have a university degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in managing large transformation projects in the area of sales, marketing, customer experience and/or core insurance systems.

You have at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.

You have a proven track record of successful collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You are acknowledged as a person whose leadership is broadly trusted beyond the reach of your own line organization.


With your analytical skills and your mindset geared to achieving the best possible outcome, you have the ability to develop excellent program plans / implementation approaches and the flexibility to adapt if situations change.


You show significant drive and energy, you have team spirit, you are proactive and take initiative as well as quality decisions.


You have the ability to lead a team formally and informally, with excellent communication and facilitation skills at all levels, you meet and exceed customer needs and show adaptability in every situation.

You speak French and English. German is an asset.
