We are seeking a highly motivated Post Doc or PhD student for translational research in Intensive Care Medicine. He or she is expected to (co-)design, start up and lead scientific projects related to immunological and metabolic changes in critical illness.
The candidate should preferably be familiar with both standard laboratory methods and clinical research. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in immunology and experience in flow cytometry (and/or mass spectrometry). Experience in bioinformatics and grant applications is welcome. The candidate will be working in a team consisting of additional group members, statistical advisers and members from other disciplines.
We offer a stimulating environment in innovative translational research. Additional funding for co-working positions are applied for. The position could afterwards (PhD) be prolonged by financial resources of the Department.
