Professional Change and Project Manager (m/f)

For our client, based in Basel, we are looking for a Professional Change and Project Manager (m/f).

Background

The Global Contingent Workforce project aims at providing the business with a fast and simple processes for the management of Contingent Workforce. To support this, we will roll out SAP Fieldglass in our main sites.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• The experienced resource will work in the area of Procurement, partnering with a Project Business Lead and Stakeholders to establish/build upon the project plan and deliverables and manage the project through the VMS deployment in multiple sites across Europe


• Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members


• Ensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are documented


• Organizational Change Management and Communications planning and execution


• Collaboration with other projects in the portfolio

• End date: 31.12.2019


• Extension: possible


• Work location: Basel region


• Travel:  Up to 20% possible to Rotkreuz and Madrid


• Workload: 100%

Must-haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and project management (both important)


• Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation projects (ideally Fieldglass)


• Experience with using change management methodologies (Prosci highly desired)


• Very good understanding of IT and IT language


• Very strong coordination and communication skills


• Business-minded and proactive way of working


• Fluent English


• Okay with travelling to Rotkreuz and Madrid

Nice-to-haves

• Prosci certification


• Fieldglass experience is highly desired
