To complete our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for L&D Manager. In this position, you will be the guardian of the HR Talent, Succession and Performance cycles, supporting the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and co-piloting the business by developing, recommending and implementing adequate state of the art trainings and ensuring development of the employees.You will recommend and implement a Training & Learning strategy, policies and programmes at market level, provide guidance and expertise to HRBPs and technical/functional areas in terms of training and people development. Key responsibilities
Develop and propose the learning strategy for Nestlé Nespresso Switzerland (NNCH), considering business needs and market trends,
Working closely with the HRBPs, shape the overall talent management and development strategy and framework
Develop and implement training plans and programs to support current and future business needs
Support HRBPs in preparation of talent calibration and succession plan discussions,
Act as guardian of the core talent and performance management processes
Lead and develop the Training Specialist within the team, make sure that he/she consistently improves and grows according to market and business needs and personal abilities
Prepare and Manage the L&D Budget at market level
Set the right framework and give the right support for effective employee development, performance evaluation, performance objectives, setting departmental objectives etc.
Manage external trainers and subcontractors as well as internal trainers indirectly, and secure quality level
Required Profile
Fluent in French, German and English
3-5 years of L&D experience
University degree in relevant field
Broad Business awareness
Professional training/development qualification and experience, management of professional staff or teams
Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships
Leadership experience in building and developing teams
