• Opportunity within Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners AG („CSEIP“), a fast growing direct private equity investment firm of Credit Suisse AG and one of the European leaders in direct energy infrastructure investments


• Contract on Call supporting CSEIP’s transaction team in daily operations


• Participation in the research, identification, analysis and examination of potential investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector


• Receiving an insight into financial modeling and analysis as well as carrying out company and asset valuations by assisting the transaction team


• Supporting Analysts in the overall acquisition process (e.g. due diligence)


• Chance to support in writing investment memoranda as a basis for investment decisions

You Offer

 

• Enrollment as a master / advanced bachelor student at a university in business administration / economics or natural / engineering science (Bachelor or Master) with above-average success, ideally with a focus on Banking & Finance


• First (international) work experience within investment banking, private equity or consulting would be ideal


• You bring deep knowledge in corporate finance, including good understanding of financial modeling and accounting


• You are flexible in regards of your work assignments


• We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated person with excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking as well as pronounced creativity


• High operational readiness, resilience and flexibility; as a team-player you can work well both independently and in a team


• Confident and convincing personality with strong communication skills;


• Fluent German and English skills; if you bring fluency in French or in a Scandinavian language, this is considered an advantage
