Requirements: 

  • Work with internal partners to understand objectives, segmentation, and list generation needs and requirements for Marketing campaigns and programs

  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of direct marketing communications utilizing technical skills to derive campaign and prospect/member data for insights

  • Develop Marketing Cloud campaign workflows

  • Setup Marketing Cloud platform

  • Support the implementation, execution and analysis of direct marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and other consumer touch points

  • Providing technical expertise using marketing automation tools

  • Track CRM campaign data and results

  • Assist with Marketing adoc queries and reporting, where needed for analysis and insights

  • Assist and/or manage report generation and data selection as needed




Your profile:



  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform or another Marketing automation platform

  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing (digital trends, email domains, IP warm-up, personalization, behavioral segmentation)

  • Solid background in analyzing and designing multichannel customer journeys

  • Customer-facing role, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical thinking approach

  • Experience with writing functional documentation

  • Experience with leading training sessions and live demos
