The opportunity:

On has developed rapidly since its foundation 8 years ago. The small team has become an internationally linked organization with teams in several countries, which are in constant exchange with the headquarter in Zurich West.

During your internship (6+ months) you will ensure that incoming invoices are timely processed and paid worldwide on schedule. In addition, you will make ensure the area of expense processing and to further develop it in the targeted manner to successfully cope with the growing demands of the group’s growth in the future.

In deinem Praktikum (6 Monate +) stellst du sicher, dass eingehende Rechnungen zeitnah erfasst weltweit termingerecht bezahlt werden. Daneben bist du gefordert, den Bereich der Spesenverarbeitung sicherzustellen und zielgerichtet weiterzuentwickeln um die wachsenden Anforderungen infolge des Gruppenwachstums auch zukünftig erfolgreich bewältigen zu können.

Wir suchen dich, wenn du Lust hast in deiner Zeit bei uns Verantwortung zu übernehmen, dich und deine Themen weiterzuentwickeln und persönlich wie auch fachlich zu wachsen. Wenn alles passt steht einer Übernahme in Vollzeitanstellung nach dem Praktikum in unser fantastisches Finance-Team nichts im Weg.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support of the daily Accounts Payable (vendors) business


• Account for the expense process and the company credit cards


• Collaborate to month-end closing including general ledger, bank and account reconciliation


• Ensure master data maintenance


• Take part in various exciting project tasks in the area of finance & accounting

During your internship, you will be supported by state-of-the-art technology, which will provide you with up-to-the-minute information about the financial situation of the company and easy evaluation and presentation of this information.

• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft Accounts Payable (Kreditoren)


• Betreuung Spesenprozess und Kreditkarten


• Mitarbeit Monatsabschluss inkl. Hauptbuch, Bank- und Kontoabstimmung


• Sicherstellung Stammdatenpflege


• Diverse spannende Projekttasks im Bereich Accounting
