Objectives
As Project Manager you will be in charge to manage Fieldglass Implementations projects end-to-end, which also includes large scale, high risk, strategic projects. You will be responsible for the successful maintenance and delivery of all project-related documents, which include, but are not limited to the following: project plans, timelines, requirements documents, design documents, issues logs, risk mitigation plans, and other project deliverables. The Principle PM is also responsible for delegating project responsibilities and deliverables to additional project resources, coaching the project team and review quality of work, as well as scheduling regular project routines and activities.
Fieldglass implementation projects require hands-on participation from all project resources, including the PM, that conclude upon successful transition of the customer to the Fieldglass Account Services team. This role can be based out of any of our German office locations, preferably Walldorf.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects.


• Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer.


• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.


• Provide day-to-day management in the delivery and deployment of the Fieldglass application and related services to clients. Ensures the evolution of the service delivery methodology to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention


• Confirm project scope with customers and partners


• Schedule and lead key project routines such as meetings, status reporting, issues management and mitigation, etc.


• Ensure methodology is employed for each project


• Own quality of implementation


• Setting up the Fieldglass Account Services Department for success through properly executed transitions at the time of implementation conclusion


• Represent Fieldglass as an application subject matter expert (SME)


• Provide sound consultation to customers and partners on how to use the Fieldglass application as part of their larger contingent workforce management program


• Perform Project Management Reviews and mentor project managers on project management methodology, standards and processes.


• Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team; review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work; provide performance input to project team members’ functional management.

 We’re looking for:

• Since we are an international team; you will be working with internal and external colleagues from all over the globe, we require business fluent German and English language skills


• Bachelor’s degree, Masters or PMP (a plus), and 3-5 yrs. of related PM experience, with an emphasis on software implementation or integration, good knowledge of SAP’s Cloud portfolio and experience in Cloud products.


• Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.


• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members


• Clear communication style, both written & verbal, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations


• Highly organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced culture


• Experience working across functions such as sales, development, and customer support


• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, combined with a roll up your sleeves approach and the ability to execute
