To support our Tournaments & Events Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an analytical and service-oriented
Maps and Drawings Coordinator
Your duties


  • Assisting and managing of FIFA maps & drawings projects with focus on space and area allocation and the visualisation of event operational planning

  • Supporting the Group Leader as main point of contact for maps & drawings

  • Assisting with defining draw standards, revising production and publishing schedules and change order requests

  • Consulting and monitoring of the performance of external stakeholders regarding raw data acquisition and processing as well as base map production

  • Refining maps & drawings requirements and ensuring consistent quality standard

  • Producing, interacting, distributing and storing of maps & drawings

  • Organising review meetings to process change requirements or approvals

Our requirements


  • Qualified construction draftsman is a pre-requisite

  • Bachelor`s degree in architecture, engineering, construction or project management (considered an asset)

  • Two to three years in-depth experience in administrating maps & plans, setting and monitoring drawing standards, producing multi-project maps & plans

  • Proven programme, project and construction management skills

  • Site planning and event related experience and understanding of PM & KM platforms considered an asset

  • Ability to process and summarize any maps & plans related information for project and construction reporting

  • Fluent in English, additional language proficiency preferred

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; design and planning tools (e.g. AutoCAD); vector graphics editing (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) required; PM-tools (incl. MS Project), SharePoint and storing platforms an asset; acquaintance with BIM systems

  • Excellent team player and team oriented approach to project work

  • Strong presentation skills, good verbal, written and communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and to adapt to a multi-cultural environment

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and precision
