Ihre Aufgaben |
| - Providing consulting services within the whole Ricoh IT services portfolio - In collaboration with engineers designing solutions that simplify and improve our clients' business processes (focus on IT services as well as ECM/DMS/archiving) - Leading technical workshops for requirements and configuration recording (requirements engineering & solution design) internally and externally - Supporting the BID team in terms of offers as well as project transfer documentations - Ensuring a smooth transition in handing over projects to Ricoh Transition Services in order to install the designed solutions (Private/Public Cloud and/or OnPremis) - Actively submitting all operating information to Ricoh Transition Services so that maintenance and support of the deployed solutions can be setup within the transition phase and operated as managed services by Ricoh Operation Services afterwards - Ensuring a close collaboration with internal/virtual teams as well as external customers/ partners |
Ihr Profil |
| - IT, technical or commercial education as well as a higher education in Business Informatics, Business Organization, Process Management and/or Business Administration - Previous experience within consulting and/or solution design - High affinity to technical solutions (experience in IT, networks, servers, Windows on architecture and concept level are advantageous) - Ability to cope under pressure as well as willingness to meet challenges and deliver results - Open-minded, creative and initiative personality with excellent presentation skills - Loyal, charismatic team player with positive attitude and problem solving spirit - Your native language is French and you are fluent in English |
