Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Aufgaben/ Tätigkeiten:

• Führen der Abteilung in fachlicher und personeller Hinsicht


• Verantwortung für die Gebäudewartung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie den Dienstleistern


• Unterstützen und Vorantreiben der 5S +1 Philosophy


• Weiterentwickeln der Abteilung und deren Fähigkeiten


• Arbeitsorganisation und –Vorbereitung innerhalb der mechanischen Fertigung aufgrund der Produktionsplanung


• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung sämtlicher mechanischen Produktionsmittel und anschließende Fertigung


• Umbau und Neuinstallationen von Produktionsmittel


• Arbeitsorganisation der verschiedenen Maschinenwartungen in den Fertigungslinien aufgrund der Wartungspläne


• Unterstützung der Linienleiter und des Produktionsleiters bei Problemen mit den Produktionsmitteln


• Verantwortlich für die ausgeführten Arbeiten der Abteilung


• Planung und Einsatz der zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen


• Verantwortlich für die Organisation der selbständigen Durchführung der periodischen Wartungen sowie Aktualisierung der einzelnen Maschinenjournale und Wartungsunterlagen


• Erstellen von Wartungsplänen bei der Einführung neuer Produktionsmittel


• Organisation des Ersatzteillagers der Produktionsmittel


• TPM Verantwortlicher

 

Profil:

• Mechanische /Elektrische / elektronische Grundausbildung vorzugsweise Techniker


• Führungserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung / Produktion


• Erfahrung mit TPM und der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung


• SAP wünschenswert


• Kenntnisse im Bereich LEAN Manufacturing


• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift


• LabView Kenntnisse Wünschenswert
