Head of Customer Insights and Multichannel Marketing (M/F)
Based in the Lausanne region of Switzerland, in an innovative and dynamic environment, you will report to the Head of Global Strategic Marketing and Market Access and you will be responsible for building the customer insights and the multichannel marketing capabilities within the Prescription Business Unit. This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills, market research and multichannel expertise. This individual will need to engage and influence across the different functions to drive change across the organization leading a team that will support the global teams across all therapeutic areas to develop insights and the multichannel strategy to support marketing strategy and execution.
Key activities and responsibilities:
Create the strategic roadmap to build the multichannel capabilities across the organization and ensure execution.
• Design and embed Global multi-channel strategy/planning frameworks and tools to better understand and engage patients, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in personalized integrated customer experiences that leverage the appropriate communication channels.
• Provide recommendations on investments for CRM systems to support multichannel execution from global to local.
• Lead the process to engage with legal and regulatory colleagues to develop consistent approval processes and legal frameworks to support execution.
• Provide strategic advisory services to global teams regarding multichannel & digital best practices and approaches that will enable brand teams to achieve brand goals and business objectives.
Provides leadership for the market and customer insights processes at the global level. Key responsibilities would include:
• Provide the strategic vision for insight development across the organization ensuring use of state of the art market research methodologies and practices and their utilization in decision-making.
• Works closely with commercial leads to define insights needs to support the franchises across the product lifecycle. Advises internal customers in setting long-term goals, developing strategies and in the positioning of brands and segments.
• Manage a team of market researchers responsible for providing strategic insights and analytics to the global brand teams through market research execution and integrated analysis of primary and secondary analytics, syndicated reports and competitive intelligence
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of leadership experience at the brand, country and/or global level of which at least 5 years is leading multi-channel in a healthcare organization/agency.
• Demonstrated knowledge, experience and best practices with key multi-channel frameworks, tools, platforms and processes
• Understanding of market research methods including knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
• Strong track record of success in managing multiple, complex project needs and collaborating across internal & external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team and developing team members
• Strong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills.
