Whenever you want to measure pH, redox potential (ORP), ion concentration, conductivity or dissolved oxygen (DO, BOD), METTLER TOLEDO supports you with years of experience in providing the necessary equipment. Our products are characterized by the highest quality, combined with simple, intuitive operation and ergonomic design. To strengthen our team in Nänikon, we are looking for an experienced and innovative

Technical Specialist MSG pH Lab (m/f)

Your responsibility

• You will organize, contribute and provide trainings for our Sales and Service Organization and seminars for customers. As the lead service specialist your will rework and create tools for customers (e.g. service notes, service manuals, technical documents, webinar and e learnings) and driving ahead different projects (i-service, support case list)


• You will assist the pH Competence and Support Center as third level support with advice and recommendations for service topics


• You will collaborate closely with our Laboratory Division and act as contact person for service management and projects and deliver product support for Product Management and R&D with specifications and testing of new and enhanced hardware and software as well as for quality issues


• Furthermore you will participate in R&D meetings for maintenance of product support. Last but not least you will maintain training equipment for sales and service training

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have an education with a technical or electronic background, with a couple of years of professional experience as a service technician or similar, experienced in handling medical devices would be a big asset


• You have a high degree of autonomy and efficiency, are reliable and flexible and still have a high sense of responsibility and quality, furthermore you would describe you as a real team player


• Very good PC user experience (eg MS Office) is requested, experience in dealing with tools for technical manuals would be an advantage (e.g. InDesign)


• We require good communication skills in English, further languages are of advantage


• You are open and willing to travel by about 20%
