PositionEmbedded Software Developer Description

To guide our rocket during ascent, a Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) system is employed. The responsibility of the Avionics team consists of implementing the control software, hardware and mechanisms in the rocket.
We are currently searching for a motivated embedded software engineer with experience in programming a stm32 microcontroller.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a software framework with FreeRTOS for a stm32 F4 microcontroller


• Implementing sensor data gathered from various sensors


• Making use of the DMA (direct memory access) on the stm32


• Integrating the sensor fusion and control algorithm into the software framework


• Testing the software on the actual hardware

Qualifications

• Experience with embedded systems and sensors


• Experience with embedded C


• Excellent communication skills
