You will join our Software Development Department and will be responsible for managing projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
Job Description
Ensure the team uses the agile methods and tools properly
Run daily SCRUM meetings, facilitating Sprint Planning, Review meetings and Sprint Retrospective meetings
Coordinate different teams for a successful product delivery
Participate actively in the architecture of the projects you will be involved in
Contribute to the integration of the developments from your offshore team
Keep yourself up-to-date on the leading edge technologies in order to contribute to the technical choices of the department
Report to the management on the offshoring team performance and project deliveries
Qualifications
Enthusiastic about joining a challenging and innovative environment, you are passionate about information technologies and you thrive on managing projects with offshore teams.
Graduated from a Master in Computer Sciences with 3+ years of experience
Previous experience with Scrum projects
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development
Strong Knowledge in Fullstack development
Database and SQL knowledge
TDD / BDD
Experience with Spring, Hibernate and Maven
Ready to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English, French an asset
Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills
Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated
Readiness to travel to our offshore providers when necessary
