We’re proud to develop global HR systems, policies and programs that support company objectives, while evaluating hardware and software needs and devising processes and tools that facilitate the administration of data.

Key Responsibilities

• The HR Robotic Process Automation Center is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our organization by utilizing Automation Anywhere RPA tool to Design, Develop, Test, and Implement automated processes within HR.


• This role will analyze customer’s opportunities from end to end and provide a solution through automation to improve their business processes.


• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and new methods in business process improvement and automation.


• The successful candidate with have the ability to drive innovative solutions with the end user customer of the automation. 


• Works with business partners and subject matter experts to analyze processes, reengineer process to improve automation potential, develop and implement an automation, and maintain the solution.

Essential Requirements

• Heavy analytical and problem solving mindset with ability to view processes as a whole to ask the “right” questions


• Technical feasibility, analysis, design, and deployment


• Coding, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience


• Process design and improvement; Proven Project management skills


• Technology and future oriented thinker


• Understanding of RPA technologies, specifically Automation Anywhere preferred


• Prior Automation Experience

Desirable Requirements

• Human Resource background a plus
