You will work in a team that deeply appreciates the value of an excellent UX and treats it as the highest priority. You will interact directly with the company founders, as well as the product management and frontend development teams to solve never-done-before challenges as well as polish the product UI/UX to perfection.


Responsibilities



  • You’ll be collaborating daily with Product Managers and Frontend Developers to define design and product specification. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the Cyberhaven product, it’s value to the customers, user personas and their requirements.

  • Mapping all possible scenarios and creating product flows.

  • Taking charge of functional design and creating wireframes, ranging from rough sketches to high-fidelity animated prototypes.

  • Conducting a full design cycle from research, creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, user testing, and development.

  • Creating and maintaining UI kit.


Requirements



  • At least 3 years’ experience designing for UX and interactive design, preferably in product teams.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Zeplin.

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to collaborate and brainstorm with multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

  • Strong analytic thinking and complex product problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (min C1 level, no formal certificate required).
