What it's about

The Associate Program is a structured, 18-24 months' rotational program that will give you a thorough understanding of the breadth of Partners Group. It’s a high visibility role through which our future leaders emerge. At the end of your rotational program, you’ll join one of our investment, institutional sales, portfolio management or value creation teams.

 

As an Associate Program member you will:

• Rotate across our investment as well as institutional sales, corporate finance, portfolio management and value creation teams, both in London and in our Swiss headquarters.


• Take part in live deals across a wide range of industries, getting involved in everything from investment sourcing and assessment through to due diligence and execution.


• Use analytical tools to research and evaluate information, and prepare complex financial models.


• Create marketing presentations that communicate complex investments and ideas in clear, non-technical language.


• Work with your assigned mentor to build understanding and develop business, technical and leadership skills.


• Gain a thorough understanding of our culture and the values that are key to our business.

 

 

What we expect

We are looking for candidates who:

• have superior academic credentials - a Masters Degree and a successful career start


• strong quantitative skills – not necessarily from a financial or investment background
