Responsibilities & Profile


Your responsibilities



  • Act as co-responsible for the analysis, modeling, processing, interpretation and preparation of staff-related information (e.g. recruiting, talent management, compensation, performance management, diversity etc.) for different stakeholders

  • Advise and manage different stakeholders regarding data analysis and processing

  • Process ad-hoc queries for analyses

  • Push, improve and automate existing reports

 

Your profile



  • Degree from university or university of applied sciences, preferably in statistics, mathematics, engineering, physics, business or equivalent

  • About 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in a large company with international reach (e.g. within HR Reporting, HR Controlling or HR Data & Analytics)

  • Strong analytical skills applying statistics, sound experience in data visualization and understanding of underlying data models

  • Excellent understanding of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and macros)

  • Experienced in handling business intelligence tools (e.g. MS Power BI), knowledge of SQL is an advantage

  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
