Responsibilities & Profile


Your responsibilities



  • Autonomously manage innovative advisory projects and lead teams in the area of non-financial risk management, combining non-financial risk subject matter expertise with analytical tools and technologies

  • Develop tailor-made solutions, strengthen our presence in the market, identify revenue-generating opportunities and get involved in proposal writing, pitch presentations, etc.

  • Build global trusted relationships with key clients, act as their primary point of contact and communicate compelling solutions to complex problems

  • Develop a strong internal network and actively seek out the global network's best experts to address the needs of our clients

  • Conduct trainings and share knowledge on industry challenges and the way analytics can help address those challenges

  • Support the development of the team, for example, regarding coaching on the job, recruitment, etc.

 

Your profile



  • Graduated with a relevant degree (for example, risk management, banking and finance, computer science etc.)

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant consultancy role at a major professional services firm or in a relevant role at an industry client

  • Deep subject matter expertise and a proven delivery track record regarding non-financial risk, including, current / emerging risks for financial services clients, risk identification and assessment frameworks, technology solutions, dashboards and risk reporting

  • Excellent project management skills including written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills

  • Deep analytical skills, coupled with an open and curious mind, problem-solving ability and a solution-focused attitude. A passion for developing innovative solutions and improving processes using analytical tools and technologies

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: blockchain, cloud, robotic process automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies

  • Business-fluent in English (essential) with German language skills highly desirable
