Network Rollout Estates PM - ZurichWorkplace: Zurich

And most of all, do you excel in providing exceptional service every day?Be responsible for all Estates (Network Rollout Telecom site acquisition & permitting) tasks related to a specific geographical region or network program including new Telecom sites and upgrades.Your duties

• Managing external subcontractors in the acquisition domain of new sites and upgrade sites requiring a build permit


• Managing outgoing requests to other operators when needed for new telecom sites and upgrade sites


• Point of contact for telecom site providers (Landlords) and authorities within designated region.


• Managing incoming and outgoing requests to other operators and other 3rd parties


• Project management, including  reporting and forecasting on all Estates activities within designated area and according the Rollout milestone process


• Permitting activities with communal and cantonal authorities


• Pre-approval of lease agreements according to standard terms and conditions


• Negotiating with owners of existing leases for technology upgrades as well as managing the permitting process of these


• Ensure extensions of build permits for sites in area of responsibility

What you bring

·       Experience in Telecommunications (site acquisition and build)

·       Experience in project management, preferably in telecom industry

·       Contract negotiations skills , supplier management experience

·       Good communication skills , pragmatic approach to problem solving

 

·       German: fluent (proficiency level)

·       French :an asset

·       English
