In Service Cost Analysis Manager


Your responsibilities



  • Leading the DOC Working Group

  • Defining the detailed requirements to propose for the DMC, DOC and MMH/FH targets, based on benchmark analysis and knowledge of competition

  • Ensuring that defined targets are achievable and included into the engineering development

  • Monitoring in service DMC, DOC and MMH/FH values as compared to the defined targets. Identify the cause of deviation and propose improvement plans if necessary

  • Processing the outcomes of reliability, supportability and maintainability and DMC analysis in order to define and select proper product improvement initiatives

  • Evaluating the feasibility of each proposed product improvement initiative and estimate its impact in terms of costs (no recurring costs and recurring cost), weight, DMC, reliability, maintainability and supportability

  • Prioritizing all proposed product improvement initiatives from a Customer Support & Services perspective, and feeding the product improvement plans (managed by Program Management) accordingly

  • Supervising the development and implementation of each product improvement initiative approved and monitoring their effectiveness on in-service fleet

  • Performing Economical LORA (Level of Repair Analysis)


Your qualifications



  • Holding a Bachelor or University degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Helicopter or Aviation industry

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and costs control with operator or OEM

  • Experience in Customer Support

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Capability to interface with all internal stakeholders

  • Ability to identify new customer oriented solutions

  • Knowledge of lean 6 sigma certification

  • Good leadership-, team building- and interpersonal skills

  • Very good English knowledge, verbal and written

  • German knowledge would be an advantage
