We are looking for an eCommerce Front End Specialist, who will work on the optimization of ourfront-end and support on day-to-day ecommerce activities. Their main responsibilities will include the support and execution of our eMerchandising plan, contributing to the overall objective of providing a best-in-class digital user experience across our eCommerce boutiques, Key responsibilities
Develop and implement rich content along the full online journey by creating and integrating banners, landing pages and 3 rd party code
Create, code and develop content and sales pages, and interactive features and functionalities using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and APIs
Support the definition and implementation of our AB-testing roadmap
Ensure smooth and bug-free running of our digital boutiques and provide new innovative solutions for further optimization
Contribute to providing a best-in-class customer experience, by integrating new features and optimizing existing content
Escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member activation, product availability or the shopping platform and support on incident resolution
Required Profile
Education in both, the Technical and Creative field
At least 1-2 years’ of experience in an agency or on client-side as a Webmaster or Web designer
In depth knowledge of UI/UX & SEO best practices
Advanced technical competencies (HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Optimize, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Creative acumen and sales-driven mindset
Fluent in written and spoken English and French, German is a plus
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work and residence permit
