  • The responsibility for the efficient and reliable organizational and administrative support to the HR Chief Operating Officer. You are the one ensuring the smooth continuation of the daily business in a competent and responsible manner. In this key position, you will prioritize the cast amount of incoming information, collect and share documents, and ensure effective communication with the COO, her direct reports and the broader COO team

  • A broad range of tasks such as time and calendar management, international travel organization, expense management, etc.

  • The opportunity to coordinate and organize events, town-hall meetings, workshops and meetings (incl. minutes)

  • The possibility to support with business management tasks and to prepare impactful presentations

  • Your primarily role will be the delivery of high-quality assistance to the HR Chief Operating Officer, but you will also have the chance to provide administrative and logistic support to the management team

  • The opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, especially with business managers and COOs

  • A role to interface to Executive Board/Board of Directors Members and their assistants

  • A position of trust in an international, fast-paced environment and high degree of responsibility, confidentiality and autonomy


 


You Offer

 

  • Experience in an executive assistant position or equivalent as well as experience in working in an international environment

  • A forward thinking mindset, a professional attitude for a position of trust and a strong sense of confidentiality

  • A very precise and efficient work approach, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and a structured mindset to successfully prioritize and handle workload when it gets demanding

  • A proactive, highly motivated and service-oriented personality who is able to work independently and cope with multiple tasks and pressure

  • High flexibility and energy level to work effectively in a dynamic and complex stakeholder setting and ability to adapt to short-term changes in schedules and planning

  • Ability to prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Share Point and Concur

  • Fluency in English, German is an advantage
