What will you do:
As you enter a mature organization, with a new vision for the future you will be developing, implementing, driving, and maintaining the detailed Third Party Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning (RAMP), Sustainability (e.g. REACH/ROHS compliance) and Business Continuity (BC) processes along the supplier lifecycle. You will also be defining and reporting on the global sustainability and risk KPIs and providing requirements for Category and local sustainability and risk KPIs. In this role you will work closely with the Global Procurement Sustainability & Risk team to support policy and Supplier Code of Conduct management (SHE, sustainability and supplier disqualification).
Your accountabilities:
Lead capability specific service delivery
Ensure that material/product related risk management is managed globally
Coordinates the filtering process of identified major risks
Lead the Diagnostics Direct Procurement related risk process
Ensure alignment with overarching strategy (work closely with Diagnostics Direct Procurement Leadership Team to ensure the RAMP, Sustainability and BC process align with Policy and Supplier CoC)
Develop and enhance capability owned Operating Model Enablers (frameworks, methodologies and tools)
Monitor compliance and team specific performance
Contribute to team specific risk mitigation (ongoing monitoring and mitigation of risks in RAMP)
Drive issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement(RAMP, sustainability and BC process harmonization)
Analyze change impact
Drive service delivery change initiatives
Ensure timely communication and reporting
Developing and guiding a team
What you bring:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
7+ years Procurement, Supply Chain and/or Process management
5+ years Sustainability, Risk & Compliance specific experience or other capability relevant experience
Proven track in people leadership
Demonstrated expertise in procurement audit and/or sustainability
Understanding of technical and business IT solutions
Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills
Excellent analytical and soft skills
Ability to challenge the status quo
Ability to work independently
English fluency
Ideally Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified
Pharmaceutical industry or management consulting experience is an advantage
Availability to travel of up to 30% (across Roche and supplier sites)
