Advanced Accelerator Applications is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Job Description• Provide strategic leadership related to the local implementation of the AAA EU and/or Global Integrity & Compliance Program.

• Actively engage in external and internal Compliance networks to identify emerging trends and best practices in the market.

• Assess risks and conduct self-assessments to monitor the status of the Integrity & Compliance Program and report findings to senior management.

• Lead the engagement of local leaders and educating AAA associates in building a strong ethical culture and in complying with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes and Novartis policies and procedures.

• Support a compliance mindset and ethical behaviour in activities through collaboration and business partnering.

• Provide leadership and oversight related to the timely and effective communication and implementation of any new deliverables relating to the framework based on the outcome of audit and monitoring, investigations, risk assessments and root cause analytics.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum requirementsDegree in business, paralegal studies or other relevant subject matter (e.g. College or University degree).



Fluent in English
