Apply now!PrintThe Global Function Head (GFH) of Data Architecture, Analysis and Visualization (DAAV) leads a dynamic group responsible for providing state of the art technology, tools and solutions to Product Development Biometrics and beyond; that empower Quantitative Analysts and Scientists as well as Clinical Scientists to perform their analytics and data visualization tasks within their given remit (i.e. conforming to compliance for regulated deliverables as well as serving exploratory purposes). The function’s scope spans a large area across the organization and enables the information flow through our system landscape, as well as the analysis and visualization of Medical Data (e.g. Clinical Trial Data, RWD, Genomic Data etc.) for a diverse range of purposes pivotal in driving drug development and personalized healthcare activities at Roche. The team are responsible for designing, implementing and supporting robust and scalable technical solutions to improve data collection, curation, tabulation, analysis and visualization across Roche R&D.
A deep contextual knowledge of the business and technical domains needs to be gained, with insights and understanding for both the working practices, current and future needs of colleagues from across the PD and REDs organization as well as from trends and developments within the pharma industry and beyond.
The Team will work through a cross-functional matrix organization with its partnering functions within MDIS as well as in IT to ensure relevant principles, processes and standards are being taken into account when developing solutions and maintaining them.
Furthermore the team is expected to provide strategic direction and guidance to it’s stakeholders with regards to future trends data insights generation.
