Job Summary

The documentation department at beqom is currently undergoing a strong growth in importance; visibility and workload. The role of the Technical Writing Intern is to support the Documentation Specialist in creating Product-related documentation (User documentation, Release Notes, technical documents, etc.) in order to accommodate all the requests for documentation. The duration of the internship will be between 6 and 12 months. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the Documentation Specialist in the creation of regularly scheduled documentation tasks


• Support the Documentation Specialist in the development and the maintenance of the beqom Knowledge Base


• Provide suggestions and ideas for the documentation base

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English (not necessarily native)


• Excellent writing skills


• Attention to detail


• Capable of working autonomously

Nice to Have

• Training in technical writing and/or software edition


• Knowledge of documentation tools is a plus (Google Docs, MadCap Flare). In any case, training will be provided


• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Git is a plus. In any case, training will be provided


• Basic knowledge of software development process
