A challenging and interesting role within our Asset Management division in the Index Solutions team
Responsibility for the content of all Index Solutions marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, product brochures, etc.
Gathering data from several sources and creating graphs, tables to use in presentations
Creating excel databases with e.g. performance numbers
Carrying out periodical and ad-hoc updates of all marketing materials
Keeping the Internet and Intranet up-to-date
Creating content for new marketing materials for print and digital campaigns in collaboration with Portfolio Managers
Assisting Portfolio Managers with tailor-made marketing material
Taking ownership of compliance approval processes
You Offer
Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? Then, join us to develop our business and expand the frontier of modern Asset Management.
Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree in Finance or Marketing & Communication
3 – 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in Portfolio Management, Institutional Relationships or Marketing Management in a bank, a financial company
Excellent skills of the MS Office suite and especially Excel and Power Point and high affinity for numbers
Proven track record in “number crunching” and programming in Excel
High level of motivation and proactivity, great teammate attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
You have the ability to deliver results within deadlines and to set priorities and pay attention to details
Business fluent in either English or German (spoken and written) with excellent command of the other language. Additional languages are considered a plus.
