Your responsibilities:  

• Working independently as telephone operator in a small team


• Individual handling of all guest requests via telephone, E-Mail or instant chat


• Assisting guests working at the business center


• Forwarding all guest requests to appropriate departments, being our ‘’heart of the house’’ department


• Correspondences in German and English 


• Appropriate usage of Property Systems


• Handling the Guest Experience Platform


• Processing Room - Service orders


• Support Front Office and Concierge departments

Your profile:  

• Knowledge of EDV systems: Opera, Word, Excel


• Fluent communication and writing skills in German and English
