Position and Responsibilities

• Prepare AMOS project and work package and work orders as per quote or requested by customer


• Printout all required documents as per latest revision for Due Maintenance and Defect Rectifications as per quote or requested by customer


• Identify critical tasks


• Identify material/parts and communicate Ship Shop Ship items and slot reservations to Purchasing Department if required for maintenance input


• Organize and participate pre-input/incoming and status meetings


• Responsible to check the closed work orders in AMOS, sign off of closed work orders and check task card sign off for correctness


• Responsible to check and file all required documents to the correct workorders and /or documents received during project from the hangar


• Update the logbook releases for Airframe, APU and Engines during project in order that the logbook releases are ready when the aircraft departs


• Prepare Techlog Release for signature from Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor/Leader/certifying staff


• Issue final WO Summary


• Cross check and prepare the workpackage after aircraft departure prior handover for Close up process


• Perform Duty as requested or required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar function


• Knowledge of Bombardier aircraft is essential


• Experienced in CAMP and CMP system


• Fluent in English


• Knowledge in French / German would be an advantage


• Ability and motivation to work in a team environment


• Good communication and organizational skills


• Stress tolerance


• Ambitious and amiable


• Driving license
