Business Analyst

Our client is a pharmaceutical company located in Rotkreuz.

Project Tasks

• The Remote Service organization is looking for a requirements engineer / business analyst with strong background in digital transformation, data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning that will help us to shape end-to-end data-driven solutions

Work Experience

• Experienced (> 5y) in data processing and analysis


• Experienced (> 5y) in data science


• Experienced (> 5y) in data visualization


• Experienced (> 5y) in machine learning


• Experienced (> 5y) in the pharmaceutical / diagnostically


• Experienced (> 5y) in requirements engineering / management and business analysis


• Experienced (> 5y) in business process modeling


• Experienced (> 5y) in creating common understanding, incl. business representatives, development, V&V


• Good applied statistics skills

Education

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent education


• Education/training in Computer Sciences, focus on evidence-based learning or equivalent


• Education/training in Natural Sciences


• (Optional) Experienced in Analytics Platforms offered by Salesforce, Microsoft, Tableau,ThoughtSpot or similar vendors

Soft Skills

• Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Data-oriented personality


• Ability to see the big picture


• Easily adaptable and flexible to changing situations

Languages

IT Skills

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate requirements in the context of data mining, data collection, data processing, data cleansing, ensuring data quality, data visualization, and data analysis using machine learning


• Modell data-driven business processes


• Author initial/product requirements documents


• Manage changes to initial/product requirements


• Manage vertical traceability between different levels of requirements


• Support know-how transfer from initial/product requirements to technical requirements


• Review technical requirements documents


• Manage requirements, test cases, and associated risks, including their status and traces, in the requirements management system (i.e., HP Application Lifecycle Management)


• Review test documents
