We offer an attractive and dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development, reflecting our conviction that people are our most important asset.  To reinforce the Corporate Media Relations Department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA we are currently looking for a Social Media Manager. In order to contribute to Nestlé in Switzerland's reputation, you will be in charge of leveraging impactful stories within Nestlé Switzerland on social media channels, reporting to the Head of Media Relations.
 
Key responsibilities

  • Manage a social media text/video/photo content strategy aligned with the other external communication touchpoints and including business objectives, key initiatives and flagships, audiences and priorities and implement a robust publishing schedule across social platforms.

  • Find relevant stories within the company, jump on trending topics and create a dynamic content pipeline which meets different audience interests and needs.

  • Continuously align with relevant communication stakeholders internally and externally in order to guarantee coherent, timely and synergized communication on core digital platforms.

  • Be able to produce and edit ad-hoc text, photo and video content for core digital platforms within short deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-up.

  • Measure the success of social media content, suggest and implement improvements and establish best in class content standards.


Required Profile

  • First hands-on content experience on digital and social platforms including text, video, photo planning and measurement, ideally within a company environment.

  • A collaborative style with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances and personal styles.

  • A track record of planning and building energetic, impactful digital content with a strong sense of visual design (portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and creativity recommended).

  • Impeccable attention to detail and stress resilience.

  • Native German and/or French speaker with complete fluency in the other language
