To reinforce the Corporate Affairs Department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA we are currently looking for a Public Affairs Senior Manager. In this role, you will shape and influence framework conditions in Switzerland to the benefit of NCH (Nestlé Switzerland) relating to NiM ( N estlé i n the M arket) businesses, market access and manufacturing as well as to the business location Switzerland in general. Furthermore, you will contribute to economical effectiveness of NiM operations and to the competitiveness of products by influencing, shaping and applying regulations or agreements. Key responsibilities
Monitor cantonal and national political matters and assess potential relevance for NCH/NiM
Provide regular updates on selected political subjects and trends in Switzerland to Head Corporate Affairs and Corporate Affairs Team
Contribute to content and lead logistics and participate on NCH Public Affairs Board
Contribute to and prepare content for Swiss Public Policy Board (HQ senior level)
Advocate NCH interests and engage in coordinated lobbying regarding key issues through association channels and direct interaction with defined stakeholders, on a case-to-case basis as required
Represent Nestlé in selected trade associations, usually at working group level or as required
Propose positions and outline potential scenarios and implications for brands, products and businesses
Manage and support the organization of networking events
Required Profile
University graduated in Economics or International Affairs
At least 5 years’ experience in Public Affairs
Strong interest and working experience in Swiss political system and Swiss public affairs
Perfect fluency in written and spoken English & German, French is a plus
