HR Expert Reporting / Analytics and Systems (100%)


 


Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities


 


Reporting & Analytics



  • Coordinating global monthly, quarterly and annually reporting for human resources management team and business incl. analytics

  • Standardizing and implementing global reporting governance

  • Improving HR Analytics and KPIs availability and on-time availability

  • Cooperating with IT Team to visualize HR Reporting & Analytics


 


System SuccessFactors



  • Supporting HRIS SuccessFactors Expert in improvement projects including (pending experience) leading sub-projects

  • Identifying areas to optimize existing HRIS processes and workflows; increasing quality of data management

  • Enhancing technological system capabilities (i.e. salary reviews, bonus processes and other human resources processes)

  • Preparing training material and presentations for various HR Systems & processes

  • Supporting master data clean up exercises, system imports etc.

Your Profile



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Engineering with high interest in HR processes and HR systems

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR and / or reporting & analytics positions

  • Digital-savvy person with excellent analytical skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment

  • Good understanding of human resources reporting, processes and project management

  • Very good command of Microsoft Excel required

  • Very good system affinity; in particular knowledge of HR System(s), SuccessFactors preferred

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Project management experience and knowledge is a big advantage

  • Highly service stakeholder oriented with an open mindset

  • High level of flexibility, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

  • Enjoys taking ownership and cooperation with stakeholders, peers and support functions (e.g. IT, Finance)
