Within our Center of Expertise «Training & Learning», the E-Learning Expert ensures the availability of e-learnings, e-tests and digitalized training materials. Together with our Product Managers for Cargo, Passenger and Ramp Services Training, training content will be reviewed for web-based training usability. This enables us to further develop and align our blended learning approach within Germany, Austria & Switzerland. The Expert is responsible to maintain and further develop our e-learning and e-process workflows. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Training & Learning.
Main responsibilities:
Check all e-learning and further develop training e-processes and digitalization
Evaluation, design and production of new and ensure maintenance updates of existing e-learning elements
Implementation of e-learnings and production of e-Test in Totara (LMS)
Login management and maintenance of Training & Learning SharePoint
Ensure Benchmark and development of e-learning elements within blended learning mix
Ensure stakeholder management and communication on regional level and with external providers
Your profile:
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Expert in E-Learning Production based on Articulate Storyline
Learning Management System experience (preferably Totara)
Strong in analytical-conceptional, designing, texting and visualisation work
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player within a matrix organisation
Flexible, stress resistant and self-motivated («can do mentality»)
Fluent oral and written language skills in German, English and French is a plus
