Senior Project Manager NPI
We are looking for an energetic and talented project management professional who have a passion for winning, a relentless drive for continuous improvement and an ability lead diverse global, virtual teams in the development and delivery of new products and offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Wall to Wall Project Manager
· Overall responsibility for end to end management and delivery of projects from inception through production implementation and market introduction
· Acts as a single point interface between the project team and line of business to ensure projects meet defined business objectives
· Leads globally distributed cross-functional teams from marketing, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, legal and sales to deliver the project
· Integrates work streams across global teams and stakeholders, manages risks and conflicts and brings issues to resolution as required through collaboration and escalations appropriately
· Works directly with business functions for wall to wall execution, ensures their engagement and commitments to the project plan are obtained, led and tracked to achieve the results and deliverables required for successful delivery of the CTQs
· Effectively manages and monitors project(s) through development of robust plans, schedules, change control, and Risk/Opportunity closure to meet annual project budget
· Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization
· Presents the project status and decision points to the required steering committees and obtains the approvals and decisions in accordance with portfolio governance as required by the NPI process
· Prioritizes key issues, and takes quick appropriate action with minimal support to resolve prior to program impact
· Quickly assesses unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations with minimal support and reduces into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the project team

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or other technical field (Master preferred)
· 5+ years of experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment
· Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in product development methodologies including waterfall, iterative and agile
· A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
· A strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of financial aspects of Project Management
· Substantial experience and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional virtual global teams
· Demonstrated experience in managing complex supply chains
· Passionate about delivering business results with flawless execution of NPI projects
· Own, and relentlessly drive project execution to deliver revenue and margin growth to business
· Must have pervasive sense of urgency to accelerate project execution to improve time-to-revenue
· High energy individual with bias for action to enable removal of any roadblocks to program delivery.
· Strong cross functional team management skills to drive accountability and results from team
· Expert in usage of Microsoft Project/any other scheduling tools.
· Good coordination and communication skills
· Goal oriented team player with a good leadership skills, precise, responsible, integrative thinker, and analytical skills.
· Very good written and verbal English language skills.
· Agent for Change: not satisfied with the status quo
· Self-starter; results driven
