Your Responsibilities:

o Administrative Support of Compliance Team

o SOP / Processes Management as local SOP Administrator in Corporate Document Management System (CDMS)

o Training Management: administration of local Trainings Matrix, assignment of trainings and curriculums via e-Learning system (myLearning)

o “Archivist” Function within Compliance Department

o Records Champion

o Self-inspections and audits

o Administration of local contract templates

o Other projects, by need

Why You?Basic qualifications:

o 2-3 year’s experience in a support function

o Fluent German, both written and spoken

o Social skills to connect with all functions / departments.

o Proactivity / can do attitude


Preferred qualifications:

o Experience in pharma is an advantage

o Experience in a regulated function (regulatory, legal, compliance) is a plus
