This is a multi-faceted role within the FG Project and Portfolio Management team in Group Functions IT (FG). Besides Portfolio Management activities like Demand Management, Resource management, Benefit realization, Project Tracking and reporting, etc. we are also expecting an active contribution to value delivery. This includes leading Projects and Initiatives, Project Management Office Support, consulting and coaching, as well as aspects of business analysis.  You are a point of contact for FG LT, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers from other Group IT PMOs as well as for business representatives. Furthermore this role is expected to help and consult the organization to embrace and adapt agile ways of working like self managed teams, SCRUM, design thinking, etc.


In this position you will be responsible for:



  • Executing and maintaining the Portfolio/Value Management framework for FG.


  • Supporting decision making and prioritization on IT investment in partnership with FG Leadership Team, IT and Business Partners, Finance BPs and other IT PMOs


  • Supporting and managing value delivery in FG


  • Managing OCM initiatives and experiments about new/agile ways of working


  • Represent FG in Group IT PMO and Project Management initiatives


  • Support and represent Functional IT towards business for portfolio and value management related topics



Your skills and experiences:



  • 3+ years experience in IT Portfolio Management

  • 5+ years experience in Project Management (Project Management qualification are an advantage (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.)


  • Solid knowledge of OCM with proven records of successful application of it


  • Strong experience in agile ways of working (self organized teams, SCRUM, Design Thinking)


  • Experienced SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner (Certification expected)


  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal skills to manage conflicting interests within a complex environment


  • Self-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization
