The Position

We are looking for an experienced Assistant for the Head of Workflow and IT Project Management. In this role you will provide support in respect of all day-to-day business. Your in-depth knowledge of the company, coupled with your highly professional communication skills, will enable you to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external as well as the SIS Leadership Team member. The role is based in Rotkreuz.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Effective management of the diary, emails, calls and correspondence in German and English as appropriate, initiating a response in an accurate and timely manner whilst exercising a high level of discretion and confidentiality


• Organizing meetings, conferences and offsite-events, also internationally, including logistics, equipment and relevant meeting documents


• Arranging international travel including timely preparation of all required visas as well as travel expense claims


• Acting as contact person for the Project Management and Research & Development Department


• Supporting various projects


• Managing administrative processes such as invoicing, procurement as well as managing Intranet and SharePoint Sites and assisting with filing and organization of information

Who you are

To be successful in this role we require:

• A commercial diploma (e.g. 3 year Swiss Federal diploma) or equivalent degree


• Profound work experience in supporting management, preferable in an international environment


• Profound knowledge of MS Office and a quick understanding of new applications


• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
